How It Works

Customers must pay for return shipping and can get their refund from the staff in store or online but there may be a handling fee which is dependant on the items and condition.

We deliver our products using courier or our own vans but any large items we only deliver locally, if the larger delivery option does not show then it means your location is out of the region. However, depending on how much further out of the area and the order amount deliveries for larger items can be arranged but please contact us beforehand. To check which items are considered large check the descriptions of the item.
